Classes

English Classes

One of the primary barriers for migrants to the US is language ability. English is spoken in the vast majority of daily life and work situations, and lack of English skill can severely limit one’s ability to engage these situations.

Our approach to language education is personal: we offer language classes according to learners’ needs, schedules, and place of living. Often this means home consultations and nonstandard class times, but we find this is necessary to reach migrant populations effectively.

Citizenship Classes

As migrants become further ingratiated in American society, many aim to obtain citizenship and its many benefits.

We offer citizenship classes that cover the necessary components of the USCIS guidelines, including:

Civics (History and Government) Exam
Oral English Exam
Written English Exam
